On August 22, 2025, Popular, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.75 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 12, 2025.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
