The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Pre-provision pre-tax earnings financial
"Calculation of Pre-Provision Pre-Tax Earnings"
Pre-provision pre-tax earnings is a bank’s profit measure that shows how much money the business generates from normal operations before it sets aside funds for potential loan losses and before paying taxes. Investors use it like a clean snapshot of a bank’s underlying performance—similar to judging a store’s sales and operating profit before accounting for a rainy-day reserve—because it helps compare core profitability without the ups and downs of credit loss provisions and tax effects.
Net interest margin financial
"Net interest margin"
Net interest margin measures how much a bank earns from lending and investing compared with what it pays for funding, expressed as a percentage of its interest-earning assets. Think of it like a grocery store’s markup: it shows the gap between buying cost and selling price per dollar of goods — here, the cost is interest paid and the sale is interest received. Investors watch it because a higher margin usually means a bank is more profitable and better at managing interest rate and credit conditions.
Tier 1 risk-based capital ratio financial
"Tier 1 risk-based capital ratio"
A Tier 1 risk-based capital ratio measures a bank’s core financial cushion—its highest-quality capital such as common equity—relative to the size and risk of its assets, where riskier loans count for more. Think of it as the safety margin a bank keeps against losses compared to the amount and riskiness of what it owns; investors use it to judge a bank’s solvency, regulatory strength, and ability to withstand shocks or sustain payouts.
Available-for-sale debt securities financial
"Available-for-sale debt securities"
A type of debt investment—like bonds or loans a company buys—that the company intends to hold for a while but may sell before it matures. Think of it as lending money with the option to sell the IOU; changes in its market value alter the company’s reported net worth now but usually don’t affect reported profit until the investment is actually sold, so investors watch these holdings for balance-sheet risk and potential future gains or losses.
Net income $10.203 million Compared with $10.844 million in the three months ended September 30, 2025
Diluted earnings per share $1.06 Compared with $1.13 in the three months ended September 30, 2025
Net interest margin 4.77% Compared with 5.07% in the three months ended September 30, 2025
Pre-provision pre-tax earnings $13.620 million Compared with $11.015 million in the three months ended June 30, 2026; non-GAAP measure

Bank7 Corp. has based these forward-looking statements largely on its current expectations and projections about future events and financial trends that Bank7 Corp. believes may affect its financial condition, results of operations, business strategy and financial needs. Bank7 Corp.’s actual results could differ materially from those anticipated in such forward-looking statements as a result of risks, uncertainties and assumptions that are difficult to predict. If one or more events related to these or other risks or uncertainties materialize, or if Bank7 Corp.’s underlying assumptions prove to be incorrect, actual results may differ materially from what Bank7 Corp. anticipates. You are cautioned not to place undue reliance on forward-looking statements. Further, any forward-looking statement speaks only as of the date on which it is made and Bank7 Corp. undertakes no obligation to update or revise any forward-looking statement to reflect events or circumstances after the date on which the statement is made or to reflect the occurrence of unanticipated events, except as may be required by law. All forward-looking statements herein are qualified by these cautionary statements.     Within this presentation, we reference certain market, industry and demographic data, forecasts and other statistical information. We have obtained this data, forecasts and information from various independent, third party industry sources and publications. Nothing in the data, forecasts or information used or derived from third party sources should be construed as advice. Some data and other information are also based on our good faith estimates, which are derived from our review of industry publications and surveys and independent sources. We believe that these sources and estimates are reliable, but have not independently verified them. Statements as to our market position are based on market data currently available to us. Although we are not aware of any misstatements regarding the economic, employment, industry and other market data presented herein, these estimates involve inherent risks and uncertainties and are based on assumptions that are subject to change.     This presentation includes certain non-GAAP financial measures. These non-GAAP financial measures should not be considered in isolation, and should be considered as additions to, and not substitutes for or superior to, measures of financial performance prepared in accordance with GAAP. There are a number of limitations related to the use of these non-GAAP financial measures versus their nearest GAAP equivalents. For example, other companies may calculate non-GAAP financial measures differently or may use other measures to evaluate their performance, all of which could reduce the usefulness of Bank7 Corp.’s non-GAAP financial measures as tools for comparison. See the table in the appendix of this presentation for a reconciliation of the non-GAAP financial measures used in (or conveyed orally during) this presentation to their most directly comparable GAAP financial measures.
