Initial Disposal Period financial
"The Initial Disposal Period has been extended"
Final Settlement Date financial
"The “Final Settlement Date” has been amended to mean"
The final settlement date is the moment when a financial transaction is fully completed: the buyer has paid and the seller has delivered the securities or assets, and all related obligations are resolved. For investors it matters because ownership, risk, dividend eligibility and cash flow all change on that date—think of it like the closing day of a house sale when keys, payment and paperwork are finally exchanged.
Additional Payment Shares financial
"issued to the Selling Shareholder as “Additional Payment Shares”"
volume-weighted average price financial
"at a price per share equal to the volume-weighted average price"
Volume-weighted average price (VWAP) is the average price of a stock over a specific time period where each trade is weighted by the number of shares traded, so larger trades influence the average more than small ones. Investors and traders use VWAP as a reference point to judge whether trades are happening at relatively good or poor prices—like checking the average price paid for an item at a market where bulk purchases count more than single-item buys.
post-Closing transaction consideration adjustments financial
"pursuant to the post-Closing transaction consideration adjustments"
Offering Type secondary
Securities Offered Webull Class A Ordinary Shares
Offering Amount Up to 12,292,419 shares
Use of Proceeds Resale proceeds are realized by the Selling Shareholder; Webull guarantees a cash payment for any shortfall if proceeds are below $60,000,000 at the end of the Initial Disposal Period.
