The members of the board of directors of BUBI Services Limited constituted only by Mr. Wai Kwong POON and Ms. Nana CHAN who have voting and dispositive power over the Class A and Class B Ordinary Shares held by BUBI Services Limited and approval of a majority of directors, i.e. jointly by Ms. Chan and Mr. Poon, is required to approve an action. Ms. Chan and Mr. Poon, as a group, may be deemed the beneficial owners of the shares held by BUBI Services Limited.
