Insights

BYFC gains more time from Nasdaq to cure a late 10-Q filing.

Broadway Financial Corporation has obtained a Nasdaq extension until February 16, 2026 to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. This filing is required to satisfy Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which focuses on timely periodic reporting to maintain listing eligibility.

The company indicates it anticipates filing the 10-Q on or before the new deadline, and notes that there is no immediate impact on its current Nasdaq Capital Market listing status. However, the cautionary language highlights that a material delay in financial reporting is a key risk factor that could affect outcomes if not resolved.

The main variable now is whether the 10-Q is completed and filed by February 16, 2026. Subsequent disclosures in company filings will show if Broadway Financial fully regains compliance with Nasdaq’s reporting requirements.
