Item 8.01 Other Events
Charging Robotics Inc. (the
“Company”) submitted a voluntary application to transfer the listing of its shares of common stock from the OTC Markets,
Pink Tier to the OTCID Basic Market, and on September 29, 2025 its application was approved by the OTC Markets.
The OTCID Basic Market is
for companies that provide ongoing financial disclosure and a management certification, and verify their company profile for U.S. investors,
brokers and regulators. The Company’s shares of common stock will continue to trade under the symbol “CHEV” and trading
of its shares of common stock will be unaffected by this transfer. The Company’s common stock began trading on the OTCID Basic
Market at the opening of business on September 30, 2025.
