How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Filing Explained

The company says a new acquisition contributed a substantial part of the professional-services revenue increase; that segment’s reported growth therefore includes acquired operations, not solely expansion of the existing business.

gross margin financial
"gross margin improved to 16.0% from 15.3%"
Gross margin is the difference between how much money a company makes from selling its products and how much it costs to produce them, expressed as a percentage of sales. It shows how efficiently a company is turning sales into profit before other expenses like marketing or salaries. Higher gross margin means the company keeps more money from each sale, which is a good sign of financial health.
reportable segment financial
"Every reportable segment set a new revenue high."
A reportable segment is a distinct part of a company’s business that management tracks separately and for which separate financial results are published, like a company showing profit and sales for each product line or geographic region. It matters to investors because it breaks a complex business into readable pieces, letting you judge which parts drive growth, which are struggling, and where management allocates resources—similar to comparing performance across different store locations.
Community Care Service Voucher (CCSV) medical
"its Community Care Service Voucher (CCSV) business"
A community care service voucher (CCSV) is a government-issued credit that eligible individuals use to pay for local health or social care services, such as home help, day programs, or assisted living support. For investors, CCSVs act like prepaid customer demand: they can shift who pays for services, create steady revenue streams for approved providers, and change competitive dynamics in the local care market much as a meal voucher drives traffic to certain restaurants.
silver economy technical
"expanding our silver economy services"
The silver economy is the collection of goods, services and business opportunities created to meet the needs and preferences of older adults as populations age, covering health care, housing, financial products, mobility, leisure and everyday tech. It matters to investors because aging demographics create predictable, long-term demand—like a city redesigning its shops for a larger senior population—so companies that serve those needs can offer steady revenue growth, portfolio diversification and exposure to demographic tailwinds.

Segment performance

Nursing solution services. Revenue rose 62.6% to HK$56.8 million and is now the Group’s largest segment, at 42% of revenue. Service hours reached 465,440, from 322,211 in FY2025 and 110,871 in the year ended December 31, 2023. The Company continued to build its higher-margin private-case franchise alongside its Community Care Service Voucher (CCSV) business, and during the year and up to the date of this release rolled out premium escort services and rehabilitation services. Management believes Click is one of the most comprehensive providers under the CCSV scheme. Growth from here is expected to come from a larger share of private-case work, selective mergers and acquisitions, and expansion into Mainland China.

Logistics and other solution services. Revenue rose 35.5% to HK$42.4 million, and the high growth rate is extending into fiscal 2026/27. Service hours reached 476,644, from 354,806 and 206,519 in the two earlier periods. The segment continued to win business from established Hong Kong clients and remains a reliable generator of income that funds investment in nursing.

Professional solution services. Revenue more than doubled to HK$36.0 million, up 108.2%, with a new acquisition contributing a substantial part of the increase. Management continues to look for further mergers and acquisitions in high-margin professional services.

Outlook

The outlook is bright. We are putting ongoing effort into expanding our silver economy services, including a rehabilitation centre, premium private-case offerings, and geographical expansion into Mainland China and beyond. All three segments continue to expand, and management expects the momentum in nursing, logistics, and professional services to carry into fiscal 2026/27.

Management commentary

Jeffrey Chan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Click Holdings, said: “FY2026 was a record year across the Group. Revenue, service hours, gross profit and net income all reached new highs, and every segment delivered its highest revenue yet. Nursing is our growth engine, logistics continues to scale and fund that growth, and professional services has returned to strong expansion through a focused acquisition. We thank our workers and our shareholders. A fuller CEO statement will follow.”
