On October 15, 2025, Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the board of directors of the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share of CMC common stock. The dividend will be paid on November 13, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 30, 2025.
