Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On January 2, 2026, the Board of Directors of Coursera, Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” “us” and “our”) designated Michael Foley, the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and principal financial officer, as the Company’s principal accounting officer effective January 3, 2026. Mr. Foley will not receive additional remuneration as a result of this designation.

Mr. Foley’s biographical information was previously disclosed in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on November 17, 2025, which biographical information in Item 5.02 thereof is incorporated herein by reference. There are no arrangements or understandings between Mr. Foley and any other persons pursuant to which he was designated as principal accounting officer, and Mr. Foley has no family relationships with any director or executive officer of the Company. In addition, Mr. Foley is not a party to any transaction with any related person required to be disclosed pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
