Advisory Board Appointment and Departure of Chief Legal Officer

On August 15, 2025, Kyle Guse was appointed to the Advisory Board of DDC Enterprise Limited (the “Company”). As of the same date, Mr. Guse ceased to serve as the Chief Legal Officer of the Company.
