Rhea-AI Filing Summary

On October 6, 2026, CytoMed Therapeutics Limited received a Nasdaq notice that its ordinary shares’ closing bid price had remained below the $1.00 per-share minimum bid price for 30 consecutive business days, from August 24 through October 5, 2026. The notice does not currently affect the shares’ Nasdaq listing or trading.

CytoMed has a 180-calendar-day period ending April 5, 2027 to regain compliance. Nasdaq will confirm compliance if the closing bid price is at least $1.00 per share for at least ten consecutive business days during that period. If CytoMed does not regain compliance by April 5, 2027, it may be eligible for an additional 180-day period, subject to Nasdaq staff determination and meeting the continued-listing requirement for market value of publicly held shares and all other initial listing standards for the Nasdaq Capital Market except the bid-price requirement. To qualify, it must give written notice of its intention to cure during the second period; its intended cure may include a reverse stock split if necessary. CytoMed says it is considering available options and intends to take reasonable measures to regain compliance.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

A minimum bid price requirement is a rule that a stock must trade above a set price for a specified period to stay listed on an exchange. It matters to investors because falling below that threshold can trigger warnings or removal from the exchange, which can cut liquidity, reduce visibility, and often lead to sharper declines in share value—think of it like a venue’s minimum dress code that, if not met, can bar a performer from the stage.

On October 6, 2026, CytoMed Therapeutics Limited (the “Company”) received a notification letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”), indicating that the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement.

Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) requires that listed securities maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share. The notification letter stated that the Company’s ordinary shares (the “Ordinary Shares”) have failed to maintain this minimum bid price for the last 30 consecutive business days, from August 24, 2026, to October 5, 2026.

The notification does not immediately impact the listing or trading of the Ordinary Shares on Nasdaq. Under Nasdaq rules, the Company has been granted a compliance period of 180 calendar days, until April 5, 2027, to regain compliance. If, at any time during this period, the closing bid price of the Ordinary Shares is at least $1.00 per share for a minimum of ten consecutive business days, Nasdaq will confirm compliance, and the matter will be resolved.

If the Company is unable to regain compliance by April 5, 2027, it may be eligible for additional time. To qualify, the Company will be required to meet the continued listing requirement for market value of publicly held shares and all other initial listing standards for the Nasdaq Capital Market, with the exception of the bid price requirement, and will need to provide written notice of its intention to cure the deficiency during the second compliance period, which may include implementing a reverse stock split if necessary.

The Company is actively monitoring the bid price of the Ordinary Shares and is considering all available options to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s requirements. The Company remains committed to delivering value to its shareholders and maintaining its listing on Nasdaq.

CytoMed Therapeutics Limited Announces Receipt of Nasdaq Notification Regarding Minimum Bid Price Deficiency

Singapore, October 9, 2026 – CytoMed Therapeutics Limited (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: GDTC), a Singapore-based clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on harnessing its proprietary technologies to develop novel affordable donor-derived, cell-based allogeneic immunotherapies, today announced that on October 6, 2026, the Company received a notice from the staff of the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) stating that for the last 30 consecutive business days, the closing bid price of the Company’s ordinary shares (the “Ordinary Shares”) was below the minimum bid price of US$1.00 per share requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The Nasdaq notification letter has no current effect on the listing or trading of the Company’s Ordinary Shares on Nasdaq.

Pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company is provided with a compliance period of 180 calendar days, or until April 5, 2027, to regain compliance under the Nasdaq Listing Rules. If at any time during the 180-day compliance period, the closing bid price of the Company’s Ordinary Shares is US$1.00 per share or higher for at least ten consecutive business days, Nasdaq will provide the Company with written confirmation of compliance and the matter will be closed. In the event the Company does not regain compliance by April 5, 2027, subject to the determination by the staff of Nasdaq, the Company may be eligible for an additional 180-day compliance period if it meets the continued listing requirement for market value of publicly held shares and all other initial listing standards for The Nasdaq Capital Market, with the exception of the minimum bid price requirement. In this case, the Company will need to provide written notice of its intention to cure the deficiency during the second compliance period, by effecting a reverse stock split, if necessary.

The Nasdaq notification letter does not affect the Company’s business operations, and the Company intends to take all reasonable measures to regain compliance within the prescribed grace period.
