On January 26, 2026, Global Interactive Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a definitive agreement relating to the official theme song for the animated feature The Legend of MegaRace, to be performed by ATEEZ.

Pursuant to the agreement, the Company acquired ownership of the master recording of the theme song, together with worldwide rights to distribute and commercially exploit the recording in connection with the film and related promotional activities.
