September 25, 2025, Fusion Fuel Green PLC, an Irish public limited company (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing
that Bright Hydrogen Solutions Ltd, an Irish private company limited by shares and a subsidiary of the Company (“BrightHy Solutions”),
had signed a contract (the “Contract”) to provide engineering services for the design of an industrial green hydrogen production
facility in southern Europe. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
