Hsinchu, Taiwan, March 10, 2026 - ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. (“ChipMOS” or the “Company”) (Taiwan Stock Exchange: 8150 and Nasdaq: IMOS), an industry leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services (“OSAT”), today reported its unaudited consolidated revenue for the month of February 2026. All U.S. dollar figures cited in this press release are based on the exchange rate of NT$31.35 to US$1.00 as of February 27, 2026.

 

Revenue for the month of February 2026 was NT$2,143.6 million or US$68.4 million, representing a decrease of 6.4% from January 2026, and an increase of 22.1% from February 2025. The Company noted demand continues to exceed available capacity, with strong revenue growth driven by robust demand for high-value memory solutions, particularly in data center and AI applications, which is also improving longer-term visibility.
