Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 17, 2026, InnovAge Holding Corp. (the “Company”) will meet with investors and analysts at the KeyBank Capital Markets Healthcare Forum. At such meetings, the Company expects to reaffirms its full year fiscal year 2026 guidance as provided in its press release issued on February 3, 2026 in connection with the announcement of the Company’s results for the second fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2026. A copy of the presentation to be used in connection with these meetings has been posted on the Company’s Investor Relations website and is accessible to the public at https://investor.innovage.com.
