EXPLANATORY NOTE: The following constitutes Amendment No. 6 (this "Amendment No. 6") to the Schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on September 13, 2022 by the Reporting Persons (the "Original Schedule 13D") as amended by Amendment No. 1 filed with the SEC on September 23, 2022 ("Amendment No. 1") Amendment No. 2 filed with the SEC on February 17, 2023 (Amendment No. 2) Amendment No. 3 filed with the SEC on May 24, 2024 ("Amendment No. 3") Amendment No. 4 filed with the SEC on January 27, 2025 ("Amendment No. 4") and Amendment No. 5 filed with the SEC on June 6, 2025 ("Amendment No.5" and together with the Original Schedule 13D Amendment No. 1, Amendment No. 2, Amendment No. 3, Amendment No. 4, and this Amendment No. 6 the "Schedule 13D"). Item 5(a) is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows: Klear Kite and by virtue of being the sole member of Klear Kite Mr. Harborne each beneficially owns 1,951,241 Shares which are held directly by Klear Kite. Such Shares represent approximately 11.1% of the outstanding Shares of the Company. Klear Kite and Mr. Harborne share voting power and investment power over all such Shares. For purposes of this Item 5(a) and (b), the percentages are calculated based upon (x) the number of Shares beneficially owned by each Reporting Person, divided by (y) 17,604,155 Shares outstanding as of May 1, 2025 as reported in the Company's quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2025 filed with the SEC on May 15, 2025.
