Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 16, 2026, Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (the “Company” or “JLL”) announced the appointment of Paul Morgan, age 54, as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, a newly created role, effective immediately. Dr. Morgan will report to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President, Christian Ulbrich, and will become a member of the Company’s Global Executive Board (“GEB”).
Prior to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Morgan served as Global Chief Operating Officer of the Company’s Real Estate Management Services business and as Chief Executive Officer of Workplace Management globally. Dr. Morgan joined JLL in 2016 and previously spent 18 years at Johnson Controls, where he held various executive leadership positions in sales, strategy, account management and operations.
There are no family relationships between Dr. Morgan and any director, executive officer or person nominated by the Company to become a director or executive officer, and there are no transactions between Dr. Morgan or any of his immediate family members, on the one hand, and the Company or any of its subsidiaries, on the other, that would be required to be reported under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
