Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 15, 2026, Kayne Anderson BDC, Inc.
(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter ended
December 31, 2025 on Monday, March 2, 2026 after the close of financial markets, and that it will host an earnings conference call on
Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time to review its financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit
99.1.
