Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 15, 2025, Kayne Anderson BDC, Inc. (the “Company”)
issued a press release announcing an investment in SG Credit Partners, Inc. (along with affiliates and subsidiaries; “SG Credit”),
a national credit platform focused on the lower middle market to complement the Company’s middle market investing strategy. A copy
of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
