Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 16, 2025, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will issue its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, after the market closes on Thursday, November 6, 2025 (the “Press Release”).  The Press Release also announced that Management will host a conference call to discuss the Company’s business operations and financial results on November 7, 2025 at 8:30 A.M. ET.  A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
