Rhea-AI Filing Summary

Knightscope, Inc. (KSCP) reported preliminary, unaudited third-quarter 2026 consolidated revenue of approximately $8.7 million, up 177% from $3.1 million in the third quarter of 2025. Revenue for the first nine months of 2026 was approximately $23.7 million, up 170% from $8.8 million in the same period of 2025; this was the company’s third consecutive quarter of triple-digit year-over-year revenue growth. Chairman and CEO William Santana Li also reported a corporate record of approximately $27 million in renewals, bookings and client awards, and said Knightscope launched its Autonomous Security Force at GSX 2026.

Management prepared the revenue estimates using currently available information. They remain subject to the company’s normal quarter-end closing and review procedures, and actual results may differ. Knightscope describes its managed-service model as combining autonomous machines, AI-driven software and licensed security agents as one accountable operation under one contract.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

consolidated revenue financial
"Consolidated revenue for the quarter"
Consolidated revenue is the total sales earned by a parent company and all of its controlled subsidiaries, reported as a single figure after removing any sales that occurred between those related entities so they aren’t counted twice. Investors use it to judge the overall size and growth of a business group—like looking at a household’s combined income rather than each person’s paycheck—to assess market share, trend strength, and how much revenue is available to support profits and valuation.
unaudited financial
"preliminary, unaudited results"
"Unaudited" describes financial statements or reports that have not been examined or verified by an independent accountant or auditor. Because they haven't undergone this review, they may not be as reliable or accurate as audited reports, making them less certain for investors to rely on when assessing a company's financial health. Think of it as a preliminary estimate that could change once checked by an expert.
recurring revenue contracts financial
"continuing to grow its recurring revenue contracts"
forward-looking statements regulatory
"This press release contains forward-looking statements"
Forward-looking statements are predictions or plans that companies share about what they expect to happen in the future, like estimating sales or profits. They matter because they help investors understand a company's outlook, but since they are based on guesses and assumptions, they can sometimes be wrong.
