DUNKIRK, N.Y. — July 24, 2026 — Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc. (“Lake Shore Bancorp”) (NASDAQ: LSBK), the holding company for Lake Shore Bank (the “Bank”), announced today that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share on its outstanding common stock on July 22, 2026. The dividend is expected to be paid on August 12, 2026 to shareholders of record as of August 3, 2026.
