Rhea-AI Filing Summary

Maris Tech Ltd. plans to demonstrate edge-video and AI systems at AUSA 2026, scheduled for October 12–14, 2026, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. Demonstrations are to show 360° vehicle vision with the hatch closed and an unmanned aerial extension of visual awareness beyond the vehicle’s line of sight. The exhibit will include Diamond Ultra and Peridot vehicle systems, Jupiter AI and video platforms, drone and unmanned solutions, and Opal, Amethyst, Mars RF and Coral technologies.

In September 2026, Maris-Tech announced a US$10 million order to develop and supply video systems for multiple next-generation manned airborne platforms, described as its largest-ever contract. The multi-year project includes purchase options that, if exercised in full, could bring total orders under the project to approximately US$14.1 million. Maris-Tech also received, through a distributor, a pilot order from a leading global defense company for an armored-vehicle situational-awareness application; its Jupiter product line was adapted to the customer’s video-streaming requirements. The company said successful pilot completion could result in significant follow-on orders, based on customer estimates and forecasts. CEO Israel Bar discussed the planned demonstrations; CFO Nir Bussy signed the report and is listed as the investor-relations contact.

Filing Explained

This filing furnishes the AUSA release and incorporates its first six paragraphs and forward-looking disclaimer into Maris-Tech’s two S-8 and two F-3 registration statements, effective October 7, unless later filings supersede them.

Airborne-platform order US$10 million Order announced in September 2026
Potential total orders under project approximately US$14.1 million If the purchase options are exercised in full
AUSA 2026 dates October 12–14, 2026 Scheduled event dates
Vehicle vision 360° Full-perimeter vehicle vision demonstration
beyond-line-of-sight technical
"beyond-line-of-sight drone capabilities"
Beyond-line-of-sight describes operations where a vehicle or device, typically an unmanned aircraft or drone, is controlled or monitored when the operator cannot see it directly and relies on remote sensors, cameras or communications instead. For investors, the capability matters because it unlocks larger commercial uses—like long-distance deliveries, infrastructure inspections or surveillance—but also brings technical, regulatory and safety challenges that affect costs, market size and approval timelines.
onboard AI analytics technical
"perform onboard AI analytics"
low-latency video technical
"distribute low-latency video"
Video delivered with very short end-to-end delay between when images and sound are captured and when they are displayed, measured in milliseconds rather than seconds. Low-latency video systems use techniques such as optimized codecs, smaller buffer sizes, faster transmission protocols (e.g., WebRTC, SRT), and edge servers to minimize processing and network delays; the trade-off is often increased bandwidth use or reduced tolerance for packet loss compared with higher-latency streaming. In practice the term describes a target performance characteristic (how quickly viewers see live action) rather than a single technology, and acceptable latency levels depend on the application (e.g., interactive video requires lower latency than one-way broadcasting).
purchase options financial
"additional purchase options"
SWaP-optimized technical
"SWaP-optimized, ruggedized computing solutions"
Swap-optimized describes a financial instrument or loan structured so it can be paired easily and cheaply with swap contracts—agreements that exchange one set of future payments for another—by aligning payment timing, currency and basic terms and avoiding complex extra features. For investors, that matters because it lowers the cost and hassle of hedging interest-rate or currency risk, making future cash flows and returns more predictable, like buying a gadget that already fits common accessories.

Maris-Tech to Showcase Advanced Edge Video & AI Solutions for Armored Vehicles and Unmanned Platforms at the Premier Land Power Expo in North America, AUSA 2026

Company to demonstrate 360° vehicle situational awareness and beyond-line-of-sight drone capabilities following recent commercial momentum across land and airborne defense applications

Rehovot, Israel, Oct. 07, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Maris-Tech Ltd. (Nasdaq: MTEK, MTEKW) (“Maris-Tech” or the “Company”), a global leader in edge computing, artificial intelligence (“AI”), and video intelligence solutions for defense applications, today announced that it will participate in the AUSA 2026 Annual Meeting and Exposition, taking place October 12-14, 2026, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., where the Company is scheduled to showcase and demonstrate a broad portfolio of edge video and AI solutions for armored vehicles, unmanned platforms and other mission-critical defense applications at Booth #761.

At AUSA, Maris-Tech will conduct live demonstrations illustrating how its edge video technology can extend situational awareness around and beyond an armored vehicle. The demonstrations will include full-perimeter, 360° vision around a vehicle while operating with the hatch closed, as well as an unmanned aerial extension that carries the same real-time visual awareness beyond the vehicle’s line of sight.

The demonstrations highlight Maris-Tech’s approach to processing video and AI directly at the edge. The Company’s technology is designed to acquire and process multiple sensor feeds, perform onboard AI analytics, and distribute low-latency video, providing operators with actionable visual information while reducing dependence on external processing infrastructure.

Maris-Tech will also display a broad selection of its edge computing and video platforms at the event. The exhibit will include solutions for armored vehicle situational awareness and thermal observation, including the Diamond Ultra and Peridot product families; AI and video processing platforms from the Jupiter family; solutions designed for drone and unmanned applications; and additional video encoding, recording, and communications technologies, including Opal, Amethyst, Mars RF, and Coral.

Maris-Tech’s participation at AUSA follows a period of significant commercial activity for the Company across multiple defense markets. In September 2026, Maris-Tech announced its largest-ever contract, a US$10 million order to develop and supply advanced video systems for multiple next-generation manned airborne platforms. The multi-year project includes additional purchase options that, if exercised in full, could bring the total value of orders received by Maris-Tech under the project to approximately US$14.1 million.

The Company also recently announced a pilot order, received through a distributor, from a leading global defense company for an armored vehicle situational awareness application. The pilot followed an extensive adaptation process in which Maris-Tech’s Jupiter product line was tailored to meet the end customer’s specific video streaming requirements. Based on estimates and forecasts provided by the end customer, successful completion of the pilot could result in significant follow-on orders over the coming years.

“We see AUSA as an important opportunity to demonstrate how the technologies behind the Company’s recent commercial progress translate into operational capabilities across multiple defense platforms,” said Israel Bar, Chief Executive Officer of Maris-Tech. “From 360° situational awareness on armored vehicles to airborne and unmanned applications, our focus is on delivering edge video and AI technologies that address real operational requirements. We look forward to demonstrating these capabilities to customers and partners in Washington.”
