Annual general meeting December 4, 2026 Scheduled meeting date
Record date November 4, 2026 Close of business; determines ordinary-share holders entitled to notice and attendance
Meeting time 2 p.m. Hong Kong time Scheduled annual general meeting
Fiscal year-end December 31, 2025 Year covered by the filed Form 20-F audited financial statements
American depositary shares financial
"American depositary shares (“ADSs”)"
American depositary shares (ADSs) are a way for investors in the United States to buy shares of foreign companies without dealing with international markets directly. They represent ownership in a foreign company's stock and are traded on U.S. stock exchanges, making it easier for American investors to buy, sell, and own parts of companies from around the world.
record date regulatory
"November 4, 2026 as the record date"
The record date is the specific day when a company determines which shareholders are eligible to receive a dividend or participate in an upcoming vote. It’s like a cutoff date; if you own the stock on that day, you get the benefits or voting rights. This date matters because it decides who qualifies for certain company benefits.
beneficial owners financial
"beneficial owners of the Company’s ADSs"
Beneficial owners are the people or entities that actually enjoy the economic benefits and control of shares or other assets, even when legal title is held by someone else such as a broker, custodian or trustee. Investors pay attention because beneficial owners hold the real voting power, receive dividends and can influence strategy and takeover outcomes — like the driver of a car who uses and maintains it while the bank holds the title — so disclosure shows who truly controls and benefits.
Form 20-F regulatory
"annual report on Form 20-F"
Form 20-F is the standardized annual disclosure that non-U.S. companies must file with the U.S. securities regulator when their shares are traded in the U.S.; it contains audited financial statements, a plain-language description of the business, management discussion, governance details and key risk factors. It matters to investors because it provides a consistent, comparable company “report card” and rulebook, helping buyers assess financial health, governance and risks before investing.
