Every 10-Q that Nike, Inc. (NKE) has filed with the SEC in the last 24 months is listed below, newest first, and each one links through to the document itself with the summary and the scores our analysis gives it.
A 10-Q covers the quarterly report filed between annual reports, so if you follow NKE and want that one kind of document rather than the whole filing history, this is the page to keep. The company's other filings, of every form, are on the full NKE filings page.
NIKE, Inc. reported first-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $11.213 billion, down 4% from $11.720 billion a year earlier and down 5% on a currency-neutral basis. Net income was $712 million versus $727 million. Gross margin rose to 42.8% from 42.2%, a 60-basis-point increase, primarily due to lower warehousing and logistics costs. Currency-neutral revenue declined 26% in Greater China and 28% at Converse; NIKE Direct revenue declined 9% on a currency-neutral basis.
Cash provided by operations was $135 million, compared with $222 million a year earlier, as changes in working capital and other assets and liabilities reduced operating cash by $846 million. Cash and equivalents and short-term investments totaled $8.4 billion as of August 31, 2026. NIKE paid $610 million in dividends and made no share repurchases during the quarter.
In October 2026, NIKE announced its multi-year Pace program, which is expected to deliver approximately $2.5 billion in cumulative savings through fiscal 2031, before expected pre-tax charges of approximately $1.0 billion and any future reinvestment. Approximately $0.3 billion in charges is expected in fiscal 2027, with the remainder through fiscal 2031; the estimates are subject to assumptions, including local law requirements.
NIKE, Inc. reported a weak third quarter of fiscal 2026, with profits under pressure despite flat sales. Revenues were $11.3 billion, essentially unchanged year over year, but net income fell to $520 million and diluted EPS dropped 35% to $0.35 as margins contracted.
Gross margin declined 130 basis points to 40.2%, mainly from higher North America tariffs and lower Converse profitability, partly offset by better pricing, product mix and lower logistics and obsolescence costs. For the first nine months, revenue rose 1% to $35.4 billion while net income fell 32% to $2.0 billion.
The business mix is shifting: NIKE Brand wholesale revenue grew, especially in North America and Asia Pacific & Latin America, while NIKE Direct revenue declined on lower digital traffic and softer store performance. Greater China and Converse both saw notable revenue declines. NIKE recorded $230 million in Q3 and $304 million year-to-date of pre-tax severance charges tied to cost realignment.
The effective tax rate jumped to 20.0% from 5.9% due to a one-time tax benefit in the prior year, further weighing on net income. Inventories were stable at $7.5 billion, and cash and equivalents ended the quarter at $6.7 billion. Management highlights ongoing geopolitical, currency, tariff and legal uncertainties, including Belgian customs claims and large historical IEEPA tariff payments, while pursuing product, marketplace and brand resets expected to run through December 2026.
NIKE, Inc. reported lower profitability for the quarter ended November 30, 2025, despite essentially flat sales. Cash and equivalents were $6,974 million versus $7,464 million at May 31, 2025, while total shareholders’ equity increased to $14,085 million, supported by earnings and other comprehensive income.
