Sentiment and the balance of points

Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Prior deficiency period 30 consecutive business days June 23, 2026, through August 4, 2026, with the closing bid price below $1.00 per share
Time to regain compliance 180 calendar days The period ran until February 1, 2027
minimum bid price regulatory
"the minimum $1.00 per share required for continued listing"
The minimum bid price is the lowest share price that a market, regulator, or specific offering will accept for a trade, listing, or auction—think of it as a reserve or floor that a stock must meet to qualify for certain actions. It matters to investors because falling below that floor can limit trading options, trigger compliance measures or delisting risks, and affect liquidity and the perceived value of a holding, much like a reserve price in an auction sets the baseline for a sale.
continued listing regulatory
"required for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market"
When a stock receives a "continued listing," it means the exchange has decided the company’s shares will remain tradable on that market after a review or challenge, often because the company met certain requirements or corrective steps. For investors this matters because continued listing preserves liquidity and access to buy or sell the stock—think of it as a store passing an inspection so customers can keep shopping rather than being forced to close.
compliance period regulatory
"provided 180 calendar days"
A compliance period is a defined stretch of time during which a company must meet specific legal, regulatory, or contractual rules and reporting requirements. Think of it like a scheduled inspection window or a homework deadline: failing to satisfy the rules within that window can trigger fines, restrictions, or extra oversight, so investors watch compliance periods as signals of near-term legal risk, potential costs, and impacts on a company’s operations or cash flow.

Dear Kevin O’Donnell:

On August 5, 2026, Staff notified the Company that its Common Stock failed to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 over the previous 30 consecutive business days as required by the Listing Rules of The Nasdaq Stock Market. Since then, Staff has determined that for the last 10 consecutive business days, from September 24, 2026 to October 7, 2026, the closing bid price of the Company’s Common Stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and this matter is now closed.1

If you have any questions, please contact Patryk Muter at +1 (301) 532 6389.

Thank you,

Nasdaq Listing Qualifications

1 Staff notes that Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A)(iv) states in part, “if a Company’s security fails to meet the continued listing requirement for minimum bid price and the Company has effected a reverse stock split over the prior one-year period; or has effected one or more reverse stock splits over the prior two-year period with a cumulative ratio of 250 shares or more to one, then the Company shall not be eligible for any compliance period specified in this Rule 5810(c)(3)(A) and the Listing Qualifications Department shall issue a Staff Delisting Determination under Rule 5810 with respect to that security.”
