(the “Registrant”) was unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2025 (the “Quarterly Report”) by the November 14, 2025 filing date applicable to smaller reporting companies due to technical issues filing the Registrant’s Quarterly Report. The Registrant anticipates that the technical issues will be resolved and the Quarterly Report will be filed no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
