Events.
On September 25, 2025,
Vicarious Surgical Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its board of directors (the “Board”) has appointed Joseph
Doherty to serve as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Doherty joined the Board following his election at the Company’s annual meeting
of stockholders held on June 27, 2025, and he currently serves as a member of the Board’s Compensation Committee and as the Chairman
of the Board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
On September 25, 2025,
the Company issued a press release announcing the appointment of Mr. Doherty as Chairman of the Board. A copy of the press release is
furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
