The Sixth Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association replaced the Company’s Fifth Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association in its entirety. The Sixth Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association was filed with the General Registry of the Cayman Islands on August 27, 2026.
