(the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, and filed a corresponding Current Report on Form 8-K to furnish such press release (the “Original Filing”). This Current Report on Form 8-K/A is being filed to update certain information related to the amount of Ether the Company holds set forth in the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original Filing.
