How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

GAAP financial
"in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States (“GAAP”)"
GAAP, or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, are a set of standardized rules and guidelines that companies follow when preparing their financial statements. They ensure consistency, transparency, and comparability across different companies, making it easier for investors to understand and compare financial information accurately. This helps investors make informed decisions based on trustworthy and uniform financial reports.
subordinated convertible notes payable financial
"Subordinated convertible notes payable, net of discount - related party"
A debt instrument recorded on a company's balance sheet that obligates the company to pay interest and principal but can be converted into the issuer's equity under agreed terms; 'subordinated' means these notes rank below other creditors for repayment in bankruptcy or liquidation, so holders are paid only after senior creditors. Conversion mechanics (conversion price or ratio, conversion period, and any conversion-triggering events), interest rate, maturity date, and the subordination agreement determine how and when the notes convert or are repaid; until conversion they remain liabilities and their subordinated status reduces holders' recovery priority compared with senior debt.

weighted average shares outstanding financial
"Weighted average shares outstanding"
The weighted average shares outstanding is the average number of a company’s common shares that were available during a reporting period, adjusted so each change (like new shares issued or shares bought back) counts only for the portion of the period it was in effect. Investors use it to calculate per-share measures such as earnings per share, so it shows how ownership dilution or buybacks affect what each share is entitled to—like averaging how many people were at a potluck over time to determine each person’s share of the food.
