Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 27, 2026, Sound Financial Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), (Nasdaq: SFBC), the holding company of Sound Community Bank, issued its earnings press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On January 27, 2026, the Company announced its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on Company common stock of $0.21 per share, payable on February 23, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 09, 2026.
