Shell plc (the “Company”) announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 228,003,843 new ordinary shares of €0.07 each in the capital of the Company (the “New Shell Shares”) to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The New Shell Shares will, upon issue, rank equally with all other ordinary shares of the Company that are in issue.

 

The New Shell Shares will be issued by the Company as part of the consideration for the Company’s acquisition of ARC Resources Ltd.

 

The admission date for the New Shell Shares is expected to be 3 September 2026.
