How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

available-for-sale securities financial
"Available-for-sale securities"
Available-for-sale securities are investments in stocks, bonds or similar instruments that a company does not intend to trade frequently but may sell before they mature. They matter to investors because changes in the market value of these holdings show up as paper gains or losses on the company's balance sheet rather than immediately in profit, so they can affect reported net worth and the timing of income without changing day-to-day earnings. Think of them like items on a household shelf you might sell later: their value moves with the market even if you haven’t cashed out.
contract assets financial
"contract assets and accounts receivable"
Contract assets are amounts a company has earned by doing work or delivering goods under a customer agreement but has not yet billed or collected because certain contract conditions remain. Think of it as completed work sitting in a company’s toolbox waiting for an invoice trigger. For investors, growing contract assets signal future cash and revenue potential but also raise questions about timing, cash collection risk and the real strength of reported sales.
equity method investee financial
"loan receivable from equity method investee"
An equity method investee is a company in which an investor owns a substantial minority stake and can meaningfully influence its decisions without fully controlling it. It matters to investors because the investor reports its proportionate share of the investee’s profits or losses on its own financial statements and is exposed to the investee’s risks and rewards—like co-owning a bakery where you account for your share of its earnings even if you don’t run day-to-day operations.
warrant liabilities financial
"Warrant liabilities"
Warrant liabilities are the financial obligations a company records when it grants warrants—special rights allowing someone to buy shares at a set price in the future. If the warrants are expected to be exercised, they are treated as a liability because the company might need to deliver shares or cash later. This matters to investors because it affects the company’s reported financial health and the potential dilution of existing shares.
Revenue and grant income $1.224 million Compared with $4.560 million in third-quarter 2025
Operating expenses $31.064 million Compared with $28.982 million in third-quarter 2025

About Solid Power, Inc.

Solid Power is developing solid-state battery technology to enable the next generation of batteries for the fast-growing EV and other markets.
