These transactions were reported on an aggregate basis pursuant to the No Action Letter Regarding Aggregate Reporting under Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, issued on June 25, 2008 by the Division of Corporation Finance of the Securities and Exchange Commission. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased or sold at each separate price. 3. This report is being submitted following the Form 3 submission that was filed on February 13, 2026 as the Firm crossed over the 10% benefical ownership threshold on February 2, 2026. 4.
