How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

gross profit margin financial
"Gross profit margin was 26.43% in fiscal year 2026"
Gross profit margin shows how much money a company keeps from sales after paying for the goods or services it sold. It’s like checking how much profit is left over from each dollar earned before covering other costs. A higher margin indicates the company makes more money from its sales, which helps assess its profitability and efficiency.
share-based compensation financial
"No share-based compensation expense was incurred in fiscal year 2026."
Share-based compensation is when a company pays employees, executives or directors with its own stock or rights to buy stock instead of, or in addition to, cash. Think of it like receiving store gift cards instead of extra paycheck — it can motivate staff to boost the company’s value, but it also increases the number of shares outstanding and can shrink each existing owner’s slice of profits and voting power. Investors watch it because it affects reported earnings, share count and the alignment between management and shareholders.
contract liabilities financial
"Contract liabilities"
Contract liabilities are amounts a company has been paid in advance for goods or services it still owes to customers — think of them like gift cards or prepaid subscriptions the company must fulfill later. For investors, they show promised future work or deliveries that will turn into revenue over time, reveal cash already collected, and help assess whether a firm has a backlog of obligations that could affect future earnings and cash flow.
restricted cash financial
"Restricted cash at the end of the year"
Cash that a company holds but cannot use for day-to-day operations because it is set aside for a specific purpose—such as meeting loan covenants, serving as collateral, funding an escrow, or complying with regulations. Like money in a locked savings account earmarked for a bill, restricted cash reduces the cash available to run the business and pay dividends or debts, so investors treat it differently when assessing a company’s true short-term financial strength.

STAK Inc. Announces Financial Results for Fiscal Year 2026

CHANGZHOU, China, October 21, 2026 — STAK Inc. (the “Company” or “STAK”) (Nasdaq: STAK), a fast-growing company specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and sale of oilfield-specialized production and maintenance equipment, today announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026.

Mr. Chuanbo Jiang, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of STAK, commented, “Fiscal year 2026 demonstrated continued progress in executing our existing business strategy, supported by stronger demand and favorable pricing for our specialized oilfield vehicles, as well as disciplined cost management. Amid improving market conditions, revenue increased 13.21% year-over-year, while we continued to reallocate production and research and development (‘R&D’) resources toward higher-priced products. This ongoing portfolio optimization spans both specialized oilfield equipment and specialized oilfield vehicles, with an increasing emphasis on higher-value offerings to enhance our product mix and strengthen our competitive positioning.

“At the same time, we remained focused on balancing strategic investment with operating efficiency. Although we increased sales commissions to support revenue growth, we maintained tight control over administrative expenses and share-based compensation. General and administrative expenses declined by 70.57%, contributing to a 41.06 % reduction in total operating expenses, while R&D investment increased by 6.31% to support product development and our ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives. These efforts helped us return to net income of $0.4 million for fiscal year 2026, despite a 3.07% decline in gross profit and a decrease in gross profit margin from 30.86% to 26.43%. This return to profitability underscores the importance of disciplined expense management in improving our bottom-line performance while continuing to invest in future growth.

“Looking ahead, we will remain focused on executing our existing business strategy, further optimizing our product portfolio, and capitalizing on favorable industry conditions. By aligning production capacity and R&D resources with demand for higher-priced products, while maintaining prudent cost controls and targeted investment, we aim to improve our product mix, enhance operating efficiency, and build a stronger foundation for sustainable, long-term growth across changing market conditions.”

Fiscal Year 2026 Financial Results

Revenues

Revenues were $28.2 million in fiscal year 2026, an increase of 13.21% from $24.9 million in fiscal year 2025. The increase in revenues was mainly attributable to increase in specialized oilfield vehicles, driven by increased demand and average sales price, partially offset by a decreased revenue from specialized oilfield equipment and automation solutions due to decrease in customer demand.

Sales of specialized oilfield equipment were $5.5 million in fiscal year 2026, a decrease of 53.89% from $12.0 million in fiscal year 2025. The decrease was mainly due to the Company’s decision to expand production capacity of higher-pricing specialized oilfield equipment in order to allocate more resources towards research and development for the Company’s new specialized oilfield equipment products, given that all specialized oilfield equipment shares the same production facilities. Such transformation resulted in a 64.94% decrease in the sales volume and a 31.51% increase in the average sales price of specialized oilfield equipment in fiscal year 2026, compared to the same period in fiscal year 2025.

Sales of specialized oilfield vehicles were $22.2 million in fiscal year 2026, an increase of 103.35% from $10.9 million in fiscal year 2025. The increase was mainly due to the Company’s decision to optimize product portfolio. The Company used to produce and sell large quantities of lower unit price vehicles to improve the Company’s efficiency of inventories’ turnover in fiscal year 2025. In fiscal year 2026, the Company keep focusing on producing and selling vehicles with higher price. The Company produced higher selling price specialized oilfield vehicles, resulting in the average unit sales price of specialized oilfield vehicles increased from $29,564 to $41,936, or 41.85% in fiscal year 2026.

Service revenue from automation solutions was nil in fiscal year 2026, compared to $1.8 million in fiscal year 2025. This decrease was primarily due to the Company’s decision to focus its research and development efforts on its own specialized oilfield vehicle products.

Other revenue was $0.5 million in fiscal year 2026, an increase of 75.16% from $0.3 million in fiscal year 2025. The Company planned the sales was in one-time and unsustainable based on customer’s demand in fiscal year 2026 and 2025.

Cost of Revenues

Cost of revenues was $20.8 million in fiscal year 2026, an increase of 20.48% from $17.2 million in fiscal year 2025. The increase in cost of revenues is primarily due to the manufacture of higher-pricing specialized oilfield equipment and oilfield vehicles, which carry higher unit costs.

Gross Profit and Gross Profit Margin

Gross profit was $7.5 million in fiscal year 2026, a decrease of 3.07% from $7.7 million in fiscal year 2025. Gross profit margin was 26.43% in fiscal year 2026, decreased from 30.86% in fiscal year 2025. The decrease in gross profit and gross profit margin was mainly attributable to a change in product portfolio toward higher-priced specialized oilfield vehicles. These products sale at higher selling prices and also incurred higher unit costs, which resulted in a lower gross profit margin.

Operating Expenses

Total operating expenses were $6.4 million in fiscal year 2026, compared to $10.8 million in fiscal year 2025.

  ● Selling and marketing expenses were $0.9 million in fiscal year 2026, compared to $0.7 million in fiscal year 2025. The Company expanded sales of its higher-priced products during the year, which generates increase in revenue and a corresponding increase in sales commission expenses and resulting in increase in selling and marketing expenses.

  ● General and administrative expenses were $2.0 million in fiscal year 2026, compared to $6.8 million in fiscal year 2025. No share-based compensation expense was incurred in fiscal year 2026. The decrease in general and administrative expense was attributable to a decrease in share-based compensation expense of $3.9 million, a decrease in professional fees of $0.5 million and a decrease in provision for credit losses of $0.4 million

  ● Research and development expenses were $3.5 million in fiscal year 2026, compared to $3.3 million in fiscal year 2025. The increase was mainly attributed to the increase of design and development expenses to develop new products and refine existing products.
