Filing Explained

The August 7 release is furnished rather than filed, while June 30 cash was 52.8 million dollars against 2.8 million dollars of operating cash outflow.

Form 8-K reports specified material events within four business days; this filing furnishes an earnings release for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The release and its exhibit are expressly not deemed filed under Section 18, and they are not incorporated into a registration statement or other Securities Act document unless specifically incorporated.

The stated consequence is the release’s filing treatment; the company directs readers to its Form 10-Q for further details on results, operations, assets, and activities.

As of June 30, 2026, cash and equivalents were $52.807 million, while second-quarter operating cash flow was negative $2.832 million.

A supplied comparison expresses that cash balance as 1,678.2 days of the quarter’s operating cash use.

The relevant condition to monitor is whether a registration statement specifically incorporates the release, because the 8-K says it is not incorporated unless that occurs.
