Nasdaq Listing Rule Rule 5550(a)(2) Minimum bid price requirement with which the company reports it has regained compliance
Report date August 20, 2026 Date of the company’s announcement that it had regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement
Form F-3 registration number 333-284868 Shelf registration statement into which the press release is incorporated by reference
minimum bid price requirement regulatory
"has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth"
A minimum bid price requirement is a rule that a stock must trade above a set price for a specified period to stay listed on an exchange. It matters to investors because falling below that threshold can trigger warnings or removal from the exchange, which can cut liquidity, reduce visibility, and often lead to sharper declines in share value—think of it like a venue’s minimum dress code that, if not met, can bar a performer from the stage.
Nasdaq Capital Market regulatory
"is in compliance with the Nasdaq Capital Market’s listing requirements"
The Nasdaq Capital Market is a platform where smaller, emerging companies can list their shares for trading by investors. It provides these companies with access to funding and visibility, helping them grow, much like a local marketplace where new vendors can introduce their products to potential customers. For investors, it offers opportunities to discover early-stage companies with growth potential.
Form F-3 regulatory
"incorporated by reference into the Company’s Registration Statement on Form F-3"
Form F-3 is a U.S. securities filing that lets eligible foreign companies pre-register and then quickly sell shares or other securities to raise money, because they already meet ongoing reporting and size tests. For investors it signals that the company is up-to-date with regulatory disclosure and has an efficient way to issue new securities — similar to a pre-approved credit line — which can mean faster capital raises but also potential dilution of existing holdings.
forward-looking statements regulatory
"The Company makes forward-looking statements in this report within the meaning"
Forward-looking statements are predictions or plans that companies share about what they expect to happen in the future, like estimating sales or profits. They matter because they help investors understand a company's outlook, but since they are based on guesses and assumptions, they can sometimes be wrong.
