Rhea-AI Filing Summary

SaverOne 2014 Ltd. (SVRE) reports that it has completed the first phase of installing its Driver Distraction Prevention System (DDPS) in Cemex Germany’s heavy truck fleet. This phase equips part of Cemex’s German trucks and follows earlier deployments in Cemex Germany’s passenger cars in 2025.

The companies state an intention to roll out SaverOne’s system across the remainder of Cemex Germany’s truck fleet and to pursue additional deployments in other Cemex regions and global work-truck fleets. SaverOne describes heavy commercial fleets as a core target market and views this collaboration as another expansion of its European footprint.

SaverOne also highlights its broader RF-based technology platform, which underpins its DDPS and planned solutions for vulnerable road user detection, and notes a 2026 strategic transaction with VisionWave Holdings, Inc. aimed at applying its RF sensing capabilities in defense, homeland security and critical infrastructure markets.

Driver Distraction Prevention System (DDPS) technical
"equipping part of their truck fleet with SaverOne’s Driver Distraction Prevention System (DDPS)"
A driver distraction prevention system (DDPS) is in-vehicle technology that monitors a driver’s attention and intervenes—through alerts, haptic feedback, or temporary control limits—to reduce distractions like phone use or drowsiness. Investors care because DDPS can lower crash risk, influence safety ratings and liability exposure, affect production costs and insurance premiums, and drive consumer demand for safer vehicles much like a vigilant co‑pilot can change the value and trust in a product.
vulnerable road user (VRU) technical
"developing solutions for vulnerable road user (VRU) detection under limited-visibility"
Vulnerable road user (VRU) means people on or near the road who lack the physical protection of a vehicle—pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists, scooter riders and people with mobility impairments. Investors watch VRU risks because crashes involving these groups shape regulations, liability, insurance costs and demand for safety products and infrastructure; think of VRUs as the unshielded participants whose safety drives policy and market changes in transport and auto sectors.
circular economy financial
"at the forefront of the circular economy in the construction value chain"
A circular economy is a way of designing and using products so that materials are reused, repaired, or recycled rather than discarded as waste. It mimics natural systems where resources are continually reused, reducing environmental impact and conserving resources. For investors, it represents an opportunity to support sustainable businesses that focus on efficiency and long-term resource management.
forward-looking statements regulatory
"This press release contains “forward-looking statements” within the meaning"
Forward-looking statements are predictions or plans that companies share about what they expect to happen in the future, like estimating sales or profits. They matter because they help investors understand a company's outlook, but since they are based on guesses and assumptions, they can sometimes be wrong.
going concern financial
"its ability to continue as a going concern; SaverOne’s ability to maintain"
Going concern is the accounting assumption that a company will keep operating and meeting its obligations for the foreseeable future. The phrase matters most when a company or its auditors disclose substantial doubt about it, a formal warning that the business may not have enough resources to continue without raising money, restructuring, or selling assets. That language in a filing or press release signals elevated financial risk.

What are SaverOne’s future plans with Cemex mentioned in the SVRE 6-K?

SaverOne and Cemex state their intention to enroll the DDPS across the remainder of Cemex’s German truck fleet and to pursue new deployments across additional Cemex regions and other global work-truck fleets, aligning with SaverOne’s strategy of working with large multinational fleets.

SaverOne Expands Collaboration with Cemex Germany to Heavy Trucks

Completed Installation of the First Phase of a Planned Rollout Across Cemex Germany’s Truck Fleet
Further Expands SaverOne’s European Footprint

Petah Tikvah, Israel, September 15, 2026 – SaverOne 2014 Ltd. (Nasdaq: SVRE, TASE: SVRE), a technology company specializing in radio frequency (RF)-based solutions for the advanced transportation safety, defense and homeland security markets, today announced the successful completion of installations in Cemex’s trucks in Germany, equipping part of their truck fleet with SaverOne’s Driver Distraction Prevention System (DDPS). The installation represents the first phase of a planned rollout across Cemex Germany’s full truck fleet and follows the successful deployment of SaverOne’s system in Cemex Germany’s passenger cars, as previously announced in 2025. The successful completion of this phase is a step in both Cemex’s and SaverOne’s mutual intention to expand the installation of these systems throughout Cemex’s fleets globally. For SaverOne, it represents another key expansion of its European footprint.

Trucks operate for extended hours on both highways and dense urban routes, where the consequences of driver distraction are particularly severe, and the extension of the DDPS to Cemex Germany’s trucks follows the positive results achieved to date across Cemex’s fleets in Europe. SaverOne and Cemex intend to advance to the enrollment of the system across the remainder of Cemex’s German truck fleet, and aim to advance new deployments across additional Cemex regions and other global work-truck fleets.

Mr. Ori Gilboa, CEO of SaverOne, stated, “Completing this first phase of installations in Cemex Germany’s trucks is an important vote of confidence in our technology and in the results we have delivered to date. Heavy commercial fleets are a core target market for us and already account for the majority of our installations with Cemex, and this phase opens the door to further similar opportunities across their global operations. This is another step in the continued expansion of our footprint in Europe, and it aligns with our strategy of deepening relationships with large multinational customers operating global fleets.”

Michal Padusinsky, Director Supply Chain Czechia, Germany & Poland at Cemex, said, “Driver safety is a critical component of our operational excellence. Having seen the value of SaverOne’s solution in our truck fleets elsewhere in Europe and across our cars in Germany, extending it to our German trucks is a natural next step in reducing distraction-related risks and strengthening safety standards throughout our operations.”
