Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Key Terms

nsr, npi, non-ifrs measures, ni 43-101
4 terms
nsr financial
"Borborema Mine (2.75% NSR"
NSR, or Net Service Revenue, is the total income a company earns from its core services after subtracting any discounts, refunds, or allowances. It reflects the actual money coming in from the main operations, similar to how a store’s sales revenue shows what it gains from selling products, minus returns or discounts. For investors, NSR provides a clearer picture of a company's true earning power from its primary business activities.
npi financial
"1.6875% NSR and 3.5% NPI"
New product introduction (NPI) is the organized process a company uses to bring a new product from idea to market, covering design, testing, manufacturing setup, and launch. Investors watch NPI because it drives future sales and profitability much like a baker introducing a new bread — it can attract customers, change production costs, and signal how well the company can innovate and scale. Successful NPIs often translate into revenue growth, while delays or failures can hurt earnings and stock value.
non-ifrs measures financial
"GEOs* are non-IFRS measures"
Non-IFRS measures are financial figures that companies create on their own to show aspects of their performance, beyond what standard accounting rules require. They can help investors better understand how a company is really doing by highlighting information that might be more relevant or easier to interpret, much like a sports coach emphasizes certain stats to showcase team strengths not captured by official scores.
ni 43-101 regulatory
"defined under Canadian National Instrument 43-101"
A Canadian regulatory standard that sets the rules for how mining and exploration companies must report mineral resources and reserves, requiring technical reports prepared or signed off by an independent, certified expert. It matters to investors because it creates a consistent, transparent “inspection report” for mining projects, making it easier to compare prospects, judge the reliability of claims, and assess geological and financial risk before investing.

Royalty Generator Model Update

Our royalty generator model continues to generate positive results. We have generated 60 royalties since the acquisition of Ely Gold Royalties Inc. in 2021 through this model. We currently have 39 properties subject to land agreements and six properties under lease generating land agreement proceeds. The model continued to incur low operating costs to maintain our mineral interests in the third quarter of 2026.

2026 Outlook

The Company maintains its previously announced forecast of between 7,500 and 9,300 GEOs in 2026, which includes approximately 684 GEOs relating to land agreement proceeds credited against other mineral interests and interest payments, and is based on an assumed gold price of $5,150 per ounce, and an assumed copper price of $5.75 per pound.

Commodity prices will affect calculation of GEOs from copper (and other metals) stream and royalties and from land agreement proceeds and other payments. Please see our news release dated March 18, 2026 for a sensitivity table to illustrate the potential variability of our 2026 guidance to gold and copper metal prices.

Non-IFRS Measures

We have included, in this document, certain performance measures, including: (i) Total Revenue, Land Agreement Proceeds and Interest; (ii) Adjusted EBITDA; (iii) Adjusted Net Income (Loss) and Adjusted Net Income (Loss) Per Share, basic and diluted; and (iv) GEOs which are each non-IFRS measures. These non-IFRS measures do not have any standardized meaning prescribed by IFRS Accounting Standards and other companies may calculate these measures differently.

Total Revenue, Land Agreement Proceeds and Interest

Total Revenue, Land Agreement Proceeds and Interest are determined by adjusting revenue for the impact of: land agreement proceeds credited against other mineral interests, interests earned on gold-linked loan, one-time adjustment related to the purchase of Pedra Branca Royalty, and royalty revenue earned through Borborema Royalty Limited Partnership ("Borborema LP") joint venture. We have included this information as management believes certain investors use this information to evaluate our performance in comparison to other gold royalty companies in the precious metal mining industry.

The table below provides a reconciliation of net income (loss) to Adjusted EBITDA for the periods indicated:

Adjusted Net Income (Loss) and Adjusted Net Income (Loss) Per Share, basic and diluted

Adjusted Net Income (Loss) is calculated by adjusting net income (loss) for the impact of: land agreement proceeds credited against other mineral interests, interest income credited against gold-linked loan, one-time adjustment related to the purchase of Pedra Branca Royalty, accretion of convertible debentures, transaction related and non-recurring general and administrative expenses(1), share of loss in associate, dilution loss in associated, changes in fair value of embedded derivative, short-term investments and gold-linked loan, loss (gain) on loan modification, foreign exchange loss (gain) and other income. Adjusted Net Income (Loss) Per Share, basic and diluted, have been determined by dividing the Adjusted Net Income (Loss) by the weighted average number of common shares for the applicable period. Management believes that they are useful measures of performance as they adjust for items which are not always reflective of the underlying operating performance of our business and/or are not necessarily indicative of future operating results. The following is a reconciliation of net income (loss) to Adjusted Net Income (Loss), Per Share, basic and diluted for the periods indicated:

1)

Transaction related and non-recurring general and administrative expenses comprised of operating expenses that are not expected to be incurred on an ongoing basis.
