How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

adjusted EBITDA financial
"following non-GAAP financial measure: adjusted EBITDA"
Adjusted EBITDA is a way companies measure how much money they make from their core operations, like running a business, by removing certain costs or income that aren’t part of regular business activities. It helps investors see how well a company is doing without distractions from unusual expenses or gains, making it easier to compare companies or track performance over time.
operating leverage financial
"ongoing operating leverage"
Operating leverage measures how much a company's profits are affected by changes in sales volume. When a business has high operating leverage, small increases in sales can lead to much larger increases in profit, much like a lever amplifies force. It matters to investors because it indicates how sensitive a company's earnings are to fluctuations in sales, affecting risk and potential returns.
deferred revenue financial
"Deferred revenue"
Cash a company has already received for goods or services it has promised but not yet delivered; it's recorded as a liability because the company still owes that product, service, or future revenue recognition. For investors, deferred revenue signals upcoming work or deliveries that will convert into reported sales over time and affects short-term obligations, cash flow quality, and how quickly a firm can grow recognized revenue—think of it like prepaid subscriptions or gift cards a business must honor later.
right-of-use asset financial
"Right-of-use asset"
A right-of-use asset is the value a company records on its balance sheet for the practical use of something it leases — like the benefit of living in a rented office or using leased equipment for a set period. Investors care because it turns many leases into on-balance-sheet assets and matching liabilities, which can change reported leverage, asset base and performance metrics much like taking on a loan would.
weighted average common shares outstanding financial
"Weighted average common shares outstanding - diluted"
Weighted average common shares outstanding is the average number of a company’s common stock shares that were available during a reporting period, adjusted for share issuances, buybacks, splits or conversions that happened at different times. Investors use it to fairly calculate per‑share figures like earnings per share, because it’s like averaging how many cars were on a road over time rather than counting only a snapshot—giving a truer picture of value per share.
Q3 revenue $2,557,295 Up 52% from $1,687,971 in Q3 2025.
Q3 net income $344,610 Compared with a net loss of $(225,902) in Q3 2025.
Q3 gross margin 46.3% Up 1,340 basis points from 32.9% in Q3 2025.
Q3 EBITDA $301,725 Compared with a loss of $(218,601) in Q3 2025.
Q3 EPS $0.02 per share Compared with a loss of $(0.02) per share in Q3 2025.

Management Commentary

Greg Alexander, CEO of Syra Health, said, “Q3 2026 marks our third consecutive profitable quarter, and it is the clearest evidence yet that Syra Health has become a profitable growth company. We grew revenue 52% year-over-year to a record $2.6 million, and we did it profitably: gross margin reached 46.3%, the highest in our history, up more than 13 percentage points from a year ago. That kind of growth paired with that kind of margin expansion doesn’t happen by accident. It reflects deliberate choices we have made to focus on our high-value population health solutions, pursue better-margin workforce contracts, and run the business with discipline.

The results speak to the durability of what we’re building. Through the first nine months of 2026, we generated net income of $835,831 compared with a loss of $(761,763) in the same period last year, produced $975,023 in operating cash flow, and ended the quarter with $2.4 million in cash and no long-term debt. We are funding our own growth, including continued investment in Syrenity Enterprise, our B2B mental and behavioral health solution.

We believe the best is still ahead. Our approval for Syrenity within the CMS ACCESS Model with our partner HealthSync is expected to become a consistent source of revenue over the next decade. With strong momentum across our business, we remain focused on delivering full-year profitability in 2026 and creating long-term value for our customers, the communities we serve, and our shareholders.”

In addition to financial results reported in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”), we have provided the following non-GAAP financial measure in this release and the accompanying tables: adjusted EBITDA. We use this non-GAAP financial measures internally to facilitate period-to-period comparisons and analysis of our operating performance and liquidity and believe it is useful to investors as a supplement to GAAP measures in analyzing, trending, and benchmarking the performance and value of our business. However, this measure is not intended to be a substitute for those reported in accordance with GAAP. These measures may be different from non-GAAP financial measures used by other companies, even when similar terms are used to identify such measures.
