On November 7, 2025, Taylor Morrison Home Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing terms of the previously announced cash tender offer by Taylor Morrison Communities, Inc. (the “Issuer”), its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, for any and all of the Issuer’s outstanding 5.875% Senior Notes due 2027.
