Class B ordinary shares issued and outstanding before consolidation 22,650,000 shares Prior to the Share Consolidation

Share Consolidation technical
"as a result of the Share Consolidation"
Share consolidation is a process where a company reduces the total number of its shares by combining multiple existing shares into a smaller number of higher-value shares. This can make each share more expensive and potentially improve the company’s image. For investors, it often means their ownership remains the same, but the value of each share increases, which can influence how the stock is perceived and traded.
fractional shares technical
"with fractional shares rounded up to the next whole share"
Fractional shares are portions of a whole share of a stock or fund, allowing investors to own less than one full unit. They make it possible to invest a specific dollar amount rather than buy whole shares, like buying a slice of a pizza instead of the entire pie. For investors this lowers the cost barrier, helps with diversification, and lets you reinvest dividends or purchase expensive stocks in small, precise amounts.
issued and outstanding financial
"ordinary shares will be issued and outstanding after the Share Consolidation"
Issued and outstanding refers to two related counts of a company's stock: "issued" is the total number of shares the company has created and ever sold, while "outstanding" is the number of those shares currently held by outside investors (issued shares minus any the company holds in its treasury). Investors use outstanding shares to calculate ownership percentages, voting power, earnings per share and market capitalization — think of issued shares as all slices baked and outstanding as the slices actually on the table for people to eat.
post-consolidation basis technical
"begin trading on a post-consolidation basis"
Split Ratio 1-for-10 reverse split
Effective Date November 3, 2026
Shares Before Split 9,815,000
Shares After Split 981,500
Other Share Class After Split 2,265,000
