Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 10, 2025, United Natural Foods, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release providing information on its value creation strategy and long-term financial targets to be discussed at its 2025 Investor Day scheduled to take place at 9:00 a.m. EST on December 10, 2025 in New York, New York. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company also made available on the Investors section of the Company’s website an investor presentation in connection with its 2025 Investor Day. A live webcast of the management presentations, as well as a replay of the webcast, will be made publicly available on the Investors section of the Company’s website.
