Mine Safety.

On December 5, 2025, Vulcan Construction Materials, LLC, a subsidiary of Vulcan Materials Company (the “Company”), received an imminent danger order issued by the Mine Safety and Health Administration under section 107(a) of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977 at its Norcross Quarry in Norcross, Georgia. The order was issued to remove a third party customer truck driver observed in the bed of his truck with no fall protection.  No injuries occurred as a result of this incident and the Company took corrective action with respect to the incident.
