Lepage, the Registrant’s General Counsel, Chief Sustainability Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary, provided notice of his intention to retire from the Registrant effective as of March 31, 2027. The Registrant intends to initiate a search for the Registrant’s next General Counsel, Chief Sustainability Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary. Mr. Lepage will continue in his current roles until a successor is named and will assist with the transition of his responsibilities to his successor.

AND SUCCESSION PROCESS

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Watts Water Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: WTS) today announced that Kenneth R. Lepage, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer, will retire effective March 31, 2027, following more than 23 years of service with the Company.

The Company is initiating a comprehensive search for Mr. Lepage’s successor. Mr. Lepage will continue to serve in his current roles through his retirement date and will support an orderly transition of his responsibilities.

​
