About InfraCap MLP ETF

NYSE

InfraCap MLP ETF (NYSE Arca: AMZA) is an exchange-traded fund that provides listed fund exposure to master limited partnerships, or MLPs. The Fund trades on NYSE Arca under the symbol AMZA and is structured as an ETF with a portfolio whose net asset value reflects securities positions and fund-level estimates, including tax-related accruals associated with MLP holdings.

The Fund is advised by Virtus ETF Advisers, LLC and sub-advised by Infrastructure Capital Advisors, LLC. Virtus ETF Advisers is a New York-based multi-manager ETF sponsor affiliated with Virtus Investment Partners. Infrastructure Capital Advisors is based in New York City and manages exchange-traded funds and hedge funds. Its investment focus includes infrastructure-related sectors such as energy, real estate, transportation, industrials and utilities, with attention to asset-intensive businesses and entities that distribute cash flow, including MLPs and real estate investment trusts.

AMZA's recurring fund activity includes monthly distribution declarations. Fund communications have described distributions as planned but not guaranteed and have included estimates of whether a distribution is attributable to return of capital or dividend income. Because AMZA holds MLP-related investments, the Fund also estimates deferred tax liability for financial statement reporting and for determining net asset value. Those estimates rely substantially on information reported by MLPs, which may be received on a delayed basis, and the adviser may modify assumptions as new information becomes available.

The Fund's risk profile is tied to ETF structure, MLP exposure, sector concentration, potential leverage and tax-estimation mechanics. Fund disclosures note that leveraged portfolios can have more volatile share values and that ETF ownership costs may differ from direct ownership of underlying securities. AMZA therefore combines an exchange-traded fund format with a specialized infrastructure and MLP investment focus.
