Ares Dynamic Credit Allocation Fund, Inc. (NYSE: ARDC) is a closed-end, diversified management investment company focused on credit investments. The Fund seeks an attractive risk-adjusted level of total return, primarily through current income and secondarily through capital appreciation. Its shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol ARDC, and its net asset value is identified through the Nasdaq ticker symbol XADCX.
The Fund invests in a broad, dynamically managed portfolio of credit assets. Its mandate includes senior secured loans, corporate bonds, other fixed-income instruments, securities issued by entities commonly referred to as collateralized loan obligations, and other asset-backed securities.
