Cosigo Resources Ltd. (OTCQB: COSRF) is a junior mineral exploration company focused on exploring and developing the gold potential of mineral properties in Colombia and Nevada. The company trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol CSG and on the OTCQB under the symbol COSRF. Its activities are centered on exploration work such as prospecting, mapping, sampling and technical testing of mineralized material.

The company's principal exploration focus is the Taraira District in southeast Colombia near the border with Brazil. Cosigo has reported technical work at Taraira involving conglomerate material from the Chicken Coop informal stratigraphic unit, including gravity concentration testing and screen metallics gold determinations used in evaluating gold-bearing material.

Cosigo also holds a 100% interest in the Willow Creek property in the northern Sierras of Nevada near Winnemucca and a 100% interest in the Damian property in the Cordillera region of Colombia. In addition to its gold-focused exploration properties, the company owns a 13.26% interest in DHK Diamonds Inc., a company exploring for diamonds in the DO27 region of the Northwest Territories of Canada.

As a junior exploration issuer, Cosigo's corporate activity includes financing arrangements tied to exploration programs and general working capital. Company announcements have described unit private placements consisting of common shares and common share purchase warrants, as well as governance matters such as officer appointments and insider participation under Canadian related-party transaction rules.
