It is designed to enable production of near full-length dystrophin in muscle and the CNS to provide functional improvement. Z-rostudirsen is being studied in the global, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind Phase 1/2 DELIVER trial, which includes a multiple ascending dose portion, a registrational expansion cohort, and long-term extension components.
Regulatory designations and development status
